NOTES

1.    Mounts to be a maximum size of 20x16 inches. The minimum print size is 9x6 inches.

2.    All prints must be mounted. Any number may be submitted and all will be judged, but display will depend upon   available space.

3.    Only the title or description may appear on the front of the mount.

4.    The title, name of entrant, section and class must be shown on the back of the mount.

5.    Negative (digital or film) and mounting must be the work of the entrant. Commercial prints are allowed.

6.    Prints and slides previously entered in any of our Annual Exhibitions are not eligible.

7.    Colour slides may be submitted in each class and must be spotted (bottom left corner when viewed normally). There is no limit on the number that may be submitted.

8.    Each slide must bear the title, name of entrant, class and section.

9.    Entries in the Audio-Visual section must not exceed a running time of twelve minutes.
